Are you part of a local not-for-profit organisation, school, church, or interest group? You can raise funds or promote your activities by running a stall at the Spencers Wood Carnival!
Are you a local craftsperson or speciality food producer? This is a great opportunity to sell your products and connect with the community.
Are you a local business? You can support the carnival in many ways — through sponsorship, sharing your expertise, lending equipment, providing a service, donating a raffle prize, or advertising in our event programme.
The size of the pitch is sufficient for a 3m2 gazebo. If you require more space than this, please let us know when you return your paperwork. The cost of a stall is £30 for commercial businesses, £15 for not-for-profit organisations and £150 for catering pitches.
You will need to bring with you on the day everything you need for your stall, including tables, chairs, gazebos etc. The fair will open to the public at noon and we will be on hand from 8am for setting up.
